Creamy banana oatmeal
- 1 1/2 cup fine oats * you can use gluten-free oats
- 2 tbsp flax meal
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 2 cups water
- 1 mashed banana
- In the saucepan add oats, flax meal, cinnamon, water, and mashed banana.
- Combine and bring it to a boil. Cook until creamy for about 5 minutes.
- Top with banana slices and peanut butter. Enjoy!
