Gluten-free & date-sweetened granola
Gluten-free granola can be quite expensive in stores and full of unnecessary ingredients. However, in that case, it is definitely better to prepare your own at home. You can add whatever ingredient you want and it will be so delicious. This gluten-free & date-sweetened granola is absolutely amazing. It is full of healthy ingredients and perfectly sweet.
When it comes to ingredients, I chose just a few and it turned out perfectly yummy. However, you can easily change any ingredient or add something special! I used the ingredients I had at home, but you can add some dried fruits or nuts.
I used date paste as a sweetener, but you can also use blended dates with a little bit of water to create the same consistency. Or, you can also add maple syrup. The next ingredient I added was carob powder. I genuinely love carob but if you don't have it home feel free to add cacao powder instead. It will be very similar.

This gluten-free & date-sweetened granola is so easy and simple to make. It is also oil-free, gluten-free, and sugar-free, but it tastes absolutely amazing. The granola is crunchy, sweet, and perfect for the breakfast of for smoothie bowl as a topping.

1 cup rice puffs
1 cup millet puffs
1 cup raw buckwheat
2 tsp carob powder
120g date paste
A splash of boiling water
In a large bowl combine all the dry ingredients. Then, put date paste in a small bowl and add boiling water, enough to make a creamy consistency. Mix it with a fork and add vanilla extract.
Combine wet and dry ingredients together and spread granola on a baking sheet. Bake at 160°C for 10 mins. Serve with plant-based milk, fruits, or smoothie. Enjoy!
