To make these amazing crepes, you will need only one bowl and all of your ingredients.
For these crepes you will need:
- rice flour
- gluten-free oat flour
- flax meal
- baking powder
- water
- vanilla
- maple syrup
These are our main ingredients, put everything into a bowl and combine until a creamy and smooth batter. It should be thinner than pancake batter.
Next, pour the batter on a non-stick pan using a kitchen ladle or big spoon to create a thin and even crepe. Turn the heat on and cook the crepe from both sides until golden.
Repeat until you run out of the batter. From this amount, you should make at least 12 crepes, but it really depends on your pan size.
Top your crepes with fruits, coconut whip, nut butter or jam. Enjoy warm!

Quick and easy gluten-free crepes
Ingredients
- 100 g rice flour
- 100 g gluten-free oat flour
- 1 tbsp flax meal
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 300 g water
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
