To make this amazing gluten-free muesli, you will need these ingredients:
- gluten-free oats
- puffed millet
- shredded coconut
- raw buckwheat
- sunflower seeds
- sunflower seeds
- maple syrup
Toast all of those ingredients in a pan until golden and fragrant. You can also bake this muesli in the oven, to make it more crispy.
After toasting add maple syrup, so it is nice and combined.
Turn the heat off, and let it cool down, so you can store it in a mason jar.
This muesli will last up to 2 weeks!

TOASTED COCONUT MUESLI
Ingredients
- 2 cups gluten-free oats
- 1 cup puffed millet
- 1/2 cup shredded coconut
- 1/3 cup raw buckwheat
- 1/3 cup sunflower seeds
- 1/3 cup sunflower seeds
- 4 tbsp maple syrup
Instructions
- In a large bowl combine all the ingredients.
- Preheat your pan and cook muesli for 5-10 mins or until golden.
- Store in a mason jar until up a few weeks. Enjoy!
What temperature is the oven please.
This muesli is toasted on a pan, not in the oven. But you can bake it at 400F for about 7-8 minutes. But keep an eye on the muesli!
