The only thing you need to do is to boil pasta, make the sauce, and roast brussels sprouts. So easy, right?
The white pasta sauce so easy to make. In this recipe, I used white beans. I created a simple sauce by blending beans and plant milk. This was our base for this super easy sauce. Now you can add whatever spices you want to make it even more flavorful.
Let's make this amazing white bean pasta sauce with roasted brussels sprouts
First, boil the pasta of your choice.
Next, let's make out creamy white bean pasta sauce.
In a blender add white beans and plant milk, I used unflavored soy milk.
Blend until smooth and creamy consistency. This is our base for a sauce.
Next, heat up a pan with a little bit of oil. Add in mashed garlic and saute until golden. Then add salt, pepper, and onion powder. Quickly pour in bean sauce that we made earlier and stir continuously. Bring it to a boil and add black pepper. Lastly, add in the juice of held of lemon and you are done!
The Last step is to roast brussels sprouts. I boiled mine for 5 minutes, so they are easier and quicker to roast.
Prepare a pan with a little bit of oil and add in brussels sprouts that you've cut in half. Cook for a few minutes until they are slightly golden. Now it's time to add garlic powder, salt, black pepper, and smoked paprika. Cook it for 2 minutes and you are done. Lastly, squeeze some lemon juice on top and it's done.
I love to combine pasta with sauce to make it super creamy, so in the pasta pot that you drained add white bean sauce and combine it all well.
Serve with roasted brussel sprouts and freshly gounded black pepper. Enjoy!

Ingredients
- 3 cups corn pasta
- 1 cup white beans
- 3/4 cup unflavored soy milk
- 2 tbsp oil
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/3 tsp onion powder
- 1/3 tsp black pepper
- juice of half of lemon
Roasted brussels sprouts
- 2 cups cooked brussels sprouts
- 2 tbsp oil
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/3 tsp salt
- 1/3 tsp black pepper
- 1/3 tsp smoked paprika
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
Instructions
- First, boil the corn pasta al dente.
- Next, let's prepare white bean sauce. In a blender add white beans and soy milk and blend until smooth and creamy.
- In a larger pot heat up oil and add in mashed garlic. Fry until golden, then add in salt and onion powder. Pour in the white bean sauce and stir continuously. Bring the white bean sauce to a boil and add black pepper and lemon juice.
- Lastly, prepare a larger pan and heat up a little bit of oil, and add in pre-cooked brussels sprouts chopped in half. Cook until golden from both sides. Next sprinkle some garlic powder, salt, black pepper, and smoked paprika. Combine the flavors so the brussels sprouts are evenly seasoned. Turn the heat off and squeeze some lemon juice for a nice finish.
- Pour the white bean sauce over the pasta and serve with roasted brussels sprouts and freshly ground black pepper. Enjoy.
