Vegan brownie baked oat bars

Brownies for breakfast? Oh yes! Especially this vegan brownie baked oat squares. Mornings can hard for some people, so why not make something delicious for breakfast?

Ingredients  

  • 1 1/2 cup oat flour
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 4 tbsp cacao powder
  • A pinch of salt
  • 1 1/4 cup water
  • 1/3 cup maple syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 small mashed banana

Instructions 

  • In a large bowl combine dry ingredients, which are oat flour, baking powder, cacao powder, and salt.
  • Next, add maple syrup, water, vanilla, and mashed banana. Combine until you create a smooth batter. If it's too dry, simply add a few tablespoons of water. You should have a smooth and creamy batter consistency.
  • Lastly, pour the batter into a baking pan and cook for 180°C (400F) for about 30 minutes.
  • When the brownies are completely baked, remove them from the oven and drizzle melted dark chocolate on top. Enjoy!
