- 4 tbsp oil
- 1 spring onion
- 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 cup cubed firm tofu
- 1 carrot
- 1 cup cauliflower
- 1 cup broccoli
- 8 oz glass noodles
Sesame sauce
- 4 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1/2 cup water
- 2 tsp sesame seeds
- 1/2 tsp cornstarch
- 1 tsp vinegar
- 1/2 tsp sugar
Firstly, cook the glass noodles in the water according to your package information. Drain them and set them aside.
Next, prepare a skillet and add oil, garlic, and onion. Fry until lightly golden and add cubed tofu. Fry until tofu is golden brown from each side. When the tofu is cooked, add veggies and fry for about 5 minutes.
In the small cup combine the ingredients for the sesame sauce and pour it into the veggies.
Lastly, add cooked glass noodles and combine. Cook for about 1 minute and serve. Enjoy!
