Firstly, cook the glass noodles in the water according to your package information. Drain them and set them aside.
Next, prepare a skillet and add oil, garlic, and onion. Fry until lightly golden and add cubed tofu. Fry until tofu is golden brown from each side. When the tofu is cooked, add veggies and fry for about 5 minutes.
