- In a large bowl combine oat flour, almond meal, baking powder, xanthan gum, sugar, and a pinch of salt.
- Next, add vegan butter and combine. You should be able to create a thick but sticky dough.
- Put it into the fridge for about 30 minutes.
- After 30 minutes create crescent cookies in your hands. The dough should be easy to work with. If it's sticky use a little bit more flour.
- Bake them for about 10 minutes at 400F (200°C).
- When they are done dush them with powdered sugar and enjoy!
