Method
- Prepare all of your ingredients, and put dates, water, lemon juice, and shredded carrot into a food processor. Process until smooth and creamy.
- Next, add in almond meal, oat flour, and cinnamon. Process a few times. If it's too thick for your blender, just use a spoon for mixing, and create a smooth dough.
- When the mixture is done, create small balls in your hands and coat them in shredded coconut. Enjoy!
