Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup oat flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp flax meal
  • 1/2 cup soy milk
  • 1/2 mashed banana

  1. In a large bowl combine oat flour, baking powder, cinnamon, and flax meal. Next, add soy milk and mashed banana. Create a smooth batter.
  2. Fry the pancakes on medium-high heat from both sides until golden.
  3. Serve with fresh fruits and enjoy!
