Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups buckwheat flour
  • 1/2 cup potato starch
  • 2 tbsp instant yeast
  • 2 tbsp psyllium husk
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tbsp baking powder
  • 2 1/4 cup warm water

Method
 

  1. In a large bowl combine buckwheat flour, potato starch, yeast, psyllium, salt, sugar, and baking powder. Combine and add warm water.
  2. Mix until everything is combined. Cover the dough and let it prove for 1 hour.
  3. After one hour knead the dough and transfer it to the loaf pan. Let it rest for about 30 more minutes before baking.
  4. Put it in the oven at 400F (200°C) for 1 hour.
  5. Slice the bread when it's completely cold. Enjoy!
