- 1 cup gluten-free oats
- 2 tbsp chia seeds
- 2 tbsp shredded coconut
- 1 can coconut milk
- 1/2 cup water
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 fresh banana
- 1 cup sliced strawberries
- 1/2 grapefruit
Combine oats, chia seeds, shredded coconut, coconut milk, and water into a medium saucepan and bring it to a boil while stirring constantly.
Simmer for a few minutes uncovered until creamy.
Serve with fresh fruit and nut butter. Enjoy!
