Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup gluten-free oats
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • 2 tbsp shredded coconut
  • 1 can coconut milk
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 fresh banana
  • 1 cup sliced strawberries
  • 1/2 grapefruit

Method
 

  1. Combine oats, chia seeds, shredded coconut, coconut milk, and water into a medium saucepan and bring it to a boil while stirring constantly.
  2. Simmer for a few minutes uncovered until creamy.
  3. Serve with fresh fruit and nut butter. Enjoy!
