- First cook red bell pepper and celery with coconut oil, add water and cook for 10 mins. Later add swiss chard, parsley, and chickpeas and cook for another 5 minutes. Lastly, add fresh basil and spices.
- Meanwhile, chop the root vegetables into small pieces and cook for about 10 minutes in salted water. When the veggies are completely cooked, drain them from the water and add plant milk, butter, and salt.
- Serve with fresh veggies and smoked tofu. Enjoy!
