Ingredients
  

  • 1 1/2 cup fine oats * you can use gluten-free oats
  • 2 tbsp flax meal
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 2 cups water
  • 1 mashed banana

Method
 

  1. In the saucepan add oats, flax meal, cinnamon, water, and mashed banana.
  2. Combine and bring it to a boil. Cook until creamy for about 5 minutes.
  3. Top with banana slices and peanut butter. Enjoy!
