Ingredients
  

Rice porridge
  • 4 tbsp rice flour
  • A pinch of salt
  • 2 cups coconut milk
  • 4 tbsp agave
Toppings
  • 1 banana
  • 1/2 cup chopped grapefruit
  • 1/2 cup chopped mango
  • Coconut flakes

Equipment

  • Cooking pot
  • Wooden spatula

Method
 

  1. Into a cooking pot add rice flour, a pinch of salt, coconut milk, and agave. Bring it to a boil and simmer for a few minutes or until it gets creamy and thicker.
  2. After a few minutes feel free to remove from the heat, or if you like a thicker porridge consistency, you can cook it for an additional 2-3 minutes.
  3. Next, pour the porridge into bowls and decorate it with fruits. Enjoy!
