Rice porridge
- 4 tbsp rice flour
- A pinch of salt
- 2 cups coconut milk
- 4 tbsp agave
Toppings
- 1 banana
- 1/2 cup chopped grapefruit
- 1/2 cup chopped mango
- Coconut flakes
Into a cooking pot add rice flour, a pinch of salt, coconut milk, and agave. Bring it to a boil and simmer for a few minutes or until it gets creamy and thicker.
After a few minutes feel free to remove from the heat, or if you like a thicker porridge consistency, you can cook it for an additional 2-3 minutes.
