For this recipe you will need only a few ingredients.
Start by adding rice flour into a pot along with coconut milk, agave, and a pinch of salt. Bring it to a boil and simmer for a few minutes or until it thickens. Don't forget to stir the porridge otherwise it might burn.
When the porridge is thicker and creamy you can turn the heat off and pour the porridge into a bowl. But if you like your porridge thicker, you can cook the porridge for a little bit more.

Ingredients
Rice porridge
- 4 tbsp rice flour
- A pinch of salt
- 2 cups coconut milk
- 4 tbsp agave
Toppings
- 1 banana
- 1/2 cup chopped grapefruit
- 1/2 cup chopped mango
- Coconut flakes
Instructions
- Into a cooking pot add rice flour, a pinch of salt, coconut milk, and agave. Bring it to a boil and simmer for a few minutes or until it gets creamy and thicker.
- After a few minutes feel free to remove from the heat, or if you like a thicker porridge consistency, you can cook it for an additional 2-3 minutes.
