Creamy vegan lentil stew

This creamy vegan lentil stew is just so delicious. If you want to cook something easy, comforting but so tasty, this is a way to go! The full recipe is so simple and very easy to make.

Ingredients
  

  • 250 g green lentils
  • 1 liter water
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 1 tsp veggie broth powder
  • 100 ml soy cream
  • 1/3 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice / vinegar

Method
 

  1. First cook lentils in water for 15 minutes.
  2. Meanwhile, prepare a pan with oil and fry the garlic until golden. Then add veggie broth powder and cooked lentils. Combine well and add in soy cream.
  3. Lastly, season with salt, black pepper, and lemon juice. Serve with cooked potatoes and fresh veggies. Enjoy!
