1/2 cup buckwheat flour 1/3 cup rice flour 1/3 cup cassava flour 2 tsp baking powder 1 tbsp cacao powder 1 cup soy milk 1/2 mashed banana 1 tsp vanilla 4 tbsp date syrup 1/2 cup chopped dark chocolate *or chocolate chips
First, combine dry ingredients which are flours, baking powder, salt, and cacao powder.
Next, add in soy milk, mashed banana, vanilla, and date syrup. Create a fluffy batter and lastly add in chopped dark chocolate.
Cook each pancake on medium-high heat from both sides.
Serve with maple syrup and fresh fruit. Enjoy warm.
