- 3/4 cup gluten-free oats
- 1 tbsp flax meal
- 3/4 cup soy milk
- 1/2 cup water
- Seasonal fruits
Firstly, blend oats in a blender into a flour-like consistency.
Into a pan add blended oats, flax meal, soy milk, and water.
Cook until creamy. Serve with seasonal fruits, nuts, or even nut butter. Enjoy!
