Oats are great! Yes, you've probably heard of the word oatmeal. Some of us cannot even imagine a morning without a warm bowl of oats. I totally feel you. But If you want to change things up, but still eat healthy oats for breakfast, try this extra creamy and easy oatmeal recipe.

Ingredients
  

  • 3/4 cup gluten-free oats
  • 1 tbsp flax meal
  • 3/4 cup soy milk
  • 1/2 cup water
  • Seasonal fruits

Method
 

  1. Firstly, blend oats in a blender into a flour-like consistency.
  2. Into a pan add blended oats, flax meal, soy milk, and water.
  3. Cook until creamy. Serve with seasonal fruits, nuts, or even nut butter. Enjoy!
