- First, preheat the oven to 175°C (350F). Then chop your potatoes into thin wedges or fries. Season the potatoes with your spices and olive oil.
- Next, put the potatoes onto a baking pan and bake for about 35-40 minutes.
- Meanwhile, prepare vegan mayo. Put everything into a tall bowl and blend with a hand blender. It should take a few seconds to create a thick mayo.
- When the potatoes are done and perfectly crispy, serve with vegan mayo. Enjoy!
