Ingredients
  

  • 3/4 cup dates
  • 1 1/3 cup soy milk
  • 1 cup buckwheat flour
  • 1/3 cup rice flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • A pinch of salt
  • 1/3 cup melted vegan butter
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 cup chopped apples

Method
 

  1. First, blend dates and soy milk in a blender until creamy and smooth.
  2. In a large bowl combine buckwheat flour, rice flour, baking powder, and salt.
  3. Next, add date mixture, vegan butter, cinnamon, and lastly chopped apples.
  4. Combine and pour into a loaf pan. Bake at 350°C (180°C) for about 1 hour.
  5. Serve dusted with powdered sugar. Enjoy!
