3/4 cup dates 1 1/3 cup soy milk 1 cup buckwheat flour 1/3 cup rice flour 1 tsp baking powder A pinch of salt 1/3 cup melted vegan butter 1 tsp cinnamon 1 cup chopped apples
First, blend dates and soy milk in a blender until creamy and smooth.
In a large bowl combine buckwheat flour, rice flour, baking powder, and salt.
Next, add date mixture, vegan butter, cinnamon, and lastly chopped apples.
Combine and pour into a loaf pan. Bake at 350°C (180°C) for about 1 hour.
Serve dusted with powdered sugar. Enjoy!
