Ingredients
  

  • 3/4 cup buckwheat flour
  • 1/2 cup rice flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 cup vanilla soy milk or regular soy milk
  • 1 cup shredded apples squeezed out
  • 1 tsp cinnamon

Method
 

  1. In a larger bowl combine buckwheat flour, rice flour, and baking powder. Then add soy milk, shredded apples, and cinnamon.
  2. Create a fluffy and creamy batter.
  3. Cook on a non-stick pan from both sides until golden. Enjoy with fresh fruits and powdered sugar.
