- Blend banana, dates, and water in your blender.
- In a large bowl combine flours, baking powder, baking soda, banana and date mixture, flax meal, and vanilla extract.
- Create a smooth batter and add shredded carrot.
- Lastly, sprinkle with frozen raspberries on top.
- Bake at 180°C (350F) for about 45 mins or until golden brown. Let it cool completely and drizzle with coconut butter. Enjoy!
