Method
- In a large bowl combine ingredients for crepes which are flours, salt, flax meal, soy milk, and vanilla. Create a smooth batter.
- Cook the crepes from both sides on a non-stick pan until they are golden.
- When the crepes are done, let's make tofu filling. Put everything into a blender and blend until smooth and creamy.
- Serve each crepe with tofu filling and some melted chocolate on top. Enjoy!
