Ingredients
  

Crepes
  • 100 g gluten free oat flour
  • 100 g rice flour
  • A pinch of salt
  • 1 tbsp flax meal
  • 300 g soy milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla
Tofu & berry filling
  • 180 g tofu
  • 50 g soy cream * or soy milk
  • Juice of half of lemon
  • 4 tbsp agave
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1/3 cup berries

Method
 

  1. In a large bowl combine ingredients for crepes which are flours, salt, flax meal, soy milk, and vanilla. Create a smooth batter.
  2. Cook the crepes from both sides on a non-stick pan until they are golden.
  3. When the crepes are done, let's make tofu filling. Put everything into a blender and blend until smooth and creamy.
  4. Serve each crepe with tofu filling and some melted chocolate on top. Enjoy!
