In a large bowl combine dry ingredients, which are flour, baking powder, baking soda, and flax meal.
Next, prepare a blender and add in dates, orange juice, and water. Blend until smooth and creamy.
Now, combine dry and wet ingredients together. The batter should be really creamy and fluffy.
Lastly, add in chopped cranberries.
Bake at 150°C for 1 hour.
Meanwhile. prepare the icing by mixing powdered sugar and orange juice.
When the loaf is out of the oven and completely cold, top with icing and enjoy.
