- First, combine dry ingredients, which are buckwheat flour, rice flour, gf oat flour, baking powder, and brown sugar.
- Next, add sweet potato, soy milk, lemon juice, and cinnamon. Combine and create a smooth batter.
- Lastly, add chocolate chips and carefully stir.
- Pour the batter into a muffin pan and cook at 180°C (350F) for 40 minutes. Enjoy!
