This gluten-free turmeric rice porridge with coconut milk is super easy to make, delicious, and perfect for a great start to the day.

Ingredients
  

  • 3 tbsp rice flour
  • 1/3 tsp turmeric
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 2 tbsp date syrup *or agave
  • 1 cup coconut milk

Method
 

  1. Put all of these ingredients into a medium-sized saucepan and bring the porridge to a boil. Cook until thickens.
  2. Serve the porridge with fresh fruits and peanut butter. Enjoy.
