Gluten-free & vegan fudgy chocolate brownies

Does anyone want a slice of these gluten-free & vegan fudgy chocolate brownies? These brownies are just so special. They are so gooey, fudgy and extra chocolatey! This recipe is full of flavors and rich chocolate taste.

Ingredients
  

Brownies
  • 100 g gluten-free oat flour
  • 3 tbsp cacao powder
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/3 tsp baking soda
  • A pinch of salt
  • 250 g apple sauce or pear puree
  • 100 g melted chocolate
Decorate
  • 50 g melted chocolate
  • 3 tbsp runny peanut butter

Method
 

  1. In a large bowl combine dry ingredients, which are flour, cacao powder, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
  2. Next, add in apple sauce and melted vegan chocolate.
  3. Create a thicker but smooth batter. Bake them at 170°C (350) for 20 minutes.
  4. Lastly, top baked brownies with melted chocolate and runny peanut butter.
