Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup oat milk
  • 1/2 cup zucchini
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1 flax egg
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 2 cup all purpose gluten-free flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips/chunks

Method
 

  1. In a larger bowl combine oat milk, shredded zucchini, brown sugar, flax egg, and vanilla.
  2. Next, add gluten-free flour, baking powder and combine until you have nice and creamy batter.
  3. Lastly, add chocolate chips or chunks.
  4. Bake at 350F (180°C) for 45-50 minutes. Enjoy!
