Smoothie is definitely one of my favorite breakfast meals. It is so simple, easy to make and so healthy. This time I prepared this incredible healthy vegan green smoothie, which is packed with nutrients.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 fresh bananas
  • 2 frozen bananas
  • 1 1/2 cup frozen apricots
  • 2 cups kale
  • 1 tbsp flax meal

Method
 

  1. Put all the ingredients into a blender and blend until creamy and smooth.
  2. Serve with puffed rice or granola, fresh fruits, and hemp seeds. Enjoy!
