Smoothie is definitely one of my favorite breakfast meals. It is so simple, easy to make and so healthy. This time I prepared this incredible healthy vegan green smoothie bowl, which is packed with nutrients.
If you are not a huge fan of eating greens, this is a nice way of incorporating them into your everyday life! The best part is, that you cannot taste the greens at all. This way you can create more fun breakfast meals packed with extra nutrients.

They truly are. You can create amazing flavors by combining different types of fruits and even veggies.
You can make your smoothie drinkable by adding more liquid or thicker by using frozen fruit and no or just a little liquid. It all depends on you and what you prefer. However, I like my smoothie thick and creamy. Sometimes it feels just like eating ice cream.
Smoothie bowls are perfect for breakfast or even as a snack or dessert. If you want to make something easy, healthy, and refreshing choose a smoothie!
This time I made a smoothie with kale to make it green and more nutritious, but you can also use spinach or different types of greens.

Creating smoothies is so simple! it truly doesn't matter what ingredients are you using, you just need to blend everything together into a smooth and creamy consistency. So simple!
First, prepare all of your ingredients and chop them into small pieces to make it a lot easier to blend.
For this smoothie you will need:
- bananas
- frozen bananas
- frozen apricots
- kale
- flax meal
Put all of those ingredients into a blender or food processor and blend until a creamy consistency. If you like your smoothies watery you can add a little bit of water or plant-based milk.
Now your smoothie is done. Serve with fresh fruits, granola, rice puffs and hemp seeds. Enjoy!

Healthy vegan green smoothie
Ingredients
- 2 fresh bananas
- 2 frozen bananas
- 1 1/2 cup frozen apricots
- 2 cups kale
- 1 tbsp flax meal
Instructions
- Put all the ingredients into a blender and blend until creamy and smooth.
