Quick and easy gluten-free crepes

Crepes are so easy to make yet very delicious. These crepes are perfection. They are thin, stretchy, and so good. These quick and easy gluten-free crepes are perfect as a dessert or breakfast.

Ingredients
  

  • 100 g rice flour
  • 100 g gluten-free oat flour
  • 1 tbsp flax meal
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 300 g water
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup

Method
 

  1. In a large bowl combine all the ingredients. Create a smooth batter, it should be thinner than a pancake batter.
  2. Pour the batter onto a pan using a kitchen ladle or big spoon. Spread the batter onto a pan evenly and cook from both sides until golden.
  3. When the crepes are done, serve them with fresh fruits, coconut whip, jam, or nut butter. Enjoy warm.
