Quick and easy gluten-free crepes
Crepes are so easy to make yet very delicious. These crepes are perfection. They are thin, stretchy, and so good. These quick and easy gluten-free crepes are perfect as a dessert or breakfast.

- 100 g rice flour
- 100 g gluten-free oat flour
- 1 tbsp flax meal
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 300 g water
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
In a large bowl combine all the ingredients. Create a smooth batter, it should be thinner than a pancake batter.
Pour the batter onto a pan using a kitchen ladle or big spoon. Spread the batter onto a pan evenly and cook from both sides until golden.
When the crepes are done, serve them with fresh fruits, coconut whip, jam, or nut butter. Enjoy warm.
