Method
- In a large bowl combine all the ingredients. Create a smooth batter, it should be thinner than a pancake batter.
- Pour the batter onto a pan using a kitchen ladle or big spoon. Spread the batter onto a pan evenly and cook from both sides until golden.
- When the crepes are done, serve them with fresh fruits, coconut whip, jam, or nut butter. Enjoy warm.
