soy milk
Method
Put all ingredients except soy milk in a pot or pan and bring to a boil. Boil the porridge for about 5 minutes, or until it thickens.
Add soy milk according to the consistency.
Serve with fresh seasonal fruits and walnuts. Enjoy!
