Simple carrot oatmeal – gluten-free and vegan recipe

This simple carrot oatmeal, which is gluten-free and vegan, is so healthy and very bright in color, due to the carrots.

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup gluten-free oats
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 tbsp flax seeds
  • 1 tbsp ground walnuts
  • 1/3 cup  raisins
  • 1/2 cup grated carrots
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup soy milk

Method
 

  1. Put all ingredients except soy milk in a pot or pan and bring to a boil. Boil the porridge for about 5 minutes, or until it thickens.
  2. Add soy milk according to the consistency.
  3. Serve with fresh seasonal fruits and walnuts. Enjoy!
