For this oatmeal, you will need gluten-free oats, water, flax seeds, ground walnuts, raisins, grated carrots, cinnamon, and soy milk. Those are all of the ingredients. The instructions are very simple. Put all of your ingredients in a pot, except soy milk, and cook until creamy. I love my porridge thicker, but this is totally up to you. That's why you will add soy milk at the last. Just add however you like. If you like thicker oatmeal add just a splash of soy milk, but If you like your oatmeal super creamy, feel free to add more. And that's it. Serve your carrot oatmeal with fresh fruits and enjoy it.

Simple carrot oatmeal – gluten-free and vegan recipe
- 1/2 cup gluten-free oats
- 1 cup water
- 1 tbsp flax seeds
- 1 tbsp ground walnuts
- 1/3 cup raisins
- 1/2 cup grated carrots
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 cup soy milk
- Put all ingredients except soy milk in a pot or pan and bring to a boil. Boil the porridge for about 5 minutes, or until it thickens.
- Add soy milk according to the consistency.
- Serve with fresh seasonal fruits and walnuts. Enjoy!
