First, put dates and plant milk into the blender or food processor and blend until smooth.
In a large bowl combine dry ingredients, which are oat flour, rice flour, baking powder, and a pinch of salt.
Add date mixture into the dry ingredients along with vanilla and melted vegan butter. Create a thick dough.
The last step is to cut circle shapes and bake it for 7 mins at 150°C (300F)
Let the cookies cool down completely before icing them with chocolate.
Put the chocolate into a piping bag and create spider webs, pumpkin shapes, or bat shapes. Enjoy!
