Smoothie 2 bananas 1 cup frozen blackberries 1 cup frozen raspberries 1 cup frozen strawberries 2 tbsp flax meal 1/3 cup soy milk Toppings 1/2 cup granola 1 banana 1/2 cup blueberries 1/2 cup mango
In a blender add bananas, blackberries, raspberries, strawberries, flax meal, and soy milk. Blend until smooth and creamy.
If your blender is not strong enough, feel free to add a little bit more milk.
Pour the smoothie bowl into bowls and decorate with granola and fresh fruits. Enjoy!
