Ingredients
  

Smoothie
  • 2 bananas
  • 1 cup frozen blackberries
  • 1 cup frozen raspberries
  • 1 cup frozen strawberries
  • 2 tbsp flax meal
  • 1/3 cup soy milk
Toppings
  • 1/2 cup granola
  • 1 banana
  • 1/2 cup blueberries
  • 1/2 cup mango

Equipment

  • High speed blender

Method
 

  1. In a blender add bananas, blackberries, raspberries, strawberries, flax meal, and soy milk. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  2. If your blender is not strong enough, feel free to add a little bit more milk.
  3. Pour the smoothie bowl into bowls and decorate with granola and fresh fruits. Enjoy!
