Method
- First, prepare a flax egg. Combine flax seeds and water. Let it sit for about 5 minutes.
- Next, mix all of your dry ingredients, which are flours, cornstarch, seeds, baking powder, and salt.
- Then add in oil and flax egg.
- Combine it well and create a dough.
- Roll the dough thinly and cut out oval shapes.
- Bake at 150°C (300F) for about 15 minutes. Enjoy!
