Super simple gluten-free seed crackers

If you like sesame seeds, you will love these crackers. The crackers are baked with different varieties of seeds, but the most fragrant ones are definitely sesame seeds. These seeds are so flavorful and very healthy for our body.

Ingredients  

  • 1/2 cup rice flour
  • 1/2 cup corn flour
  • 2 tbsp corn starch
  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds
  • 1 tbsp poppy seeds
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 2 tbsp flax meal
  • 1/3 cup water
  • 1/4 cup olive oil

Instructions 

  • First, prepare a flax egg. Combine flax seeds and water. Let it sit for about 5 minutes.
  • Next, mix all of your dry ingredients, which are flours, cornstarch, seeds, baking powder, and salt.
  • Then add in oil and flax egg.
  • Combine it well and create a dough.
  • Roll the dough thinly and cut out oval shapes.
  • Bake at 150°C (300F) for about 15 minutes. Enjoy!
