First, you will need to make a flax egg.

- corn starch
- sesame seeds
- poppy seeds
- garlic powder
- salt
- baking powder
Next, add in wet ingredients:
- flax egg
- olive oil
Combine those ingredients together and create a thick dough. If the dough is dry, add in a few tablespoons of water.
Now, when the dough is ready, roll it thinnly and cut out oval shapes.
Since you are rolling the dogh really thinnly, you can make 40 crackers out of this recipe.
Bake these gluten-free crackers for 15 minutes and you are done!

Super simple gluten-free seed crackers
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup rice flour
- 1/2 cup corn flour
- 2 tbsp corn starch
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
- 1 tbsp poppy seeds
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 2 tbsp flax meal
- 1/3 cup water
- 1/4 cup olive oil
Instructions
- First, prepare a flax egg. Combine flax seeds and water. Let it sit for about 5 minutes.
- Next, mix all of your dry ingredients, which are flours, cornstarch, seeds, baking powder, and salt.
- Then add in oil and flax egg.
- Combine it well and create a dough.
- Roll the dough thinly and cut out oval shapes.
- Bake at 150°C (300F) for about 15 minutes. Enjoy!
