Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup buckwheat flour
  • 1 cup rice flour
  • 3 tbsp potato starch or cornstarch
  • 2 tbsp instant yeast
  • 2 tbsp psyllium husk
  • 1 tbsp flax meal
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp sugar
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 2 cups warm water

Method
 

  1. In a large bowl combine buckwheat flour, rice flour, potato starch, yeast, psyllium, flax meal, salt, sugar, and baking powder. Combine and add warm water.
  2. Create a smooth dough. Cover it and let it prove for 1 hour.
  3. After one hour, combine the dough and create 6 medium-sized buns. Transfer them onto a baking pan lined with baking powder. Let it rest for about 30 more minutes before baking.
  4. Bake at 400F (200°C) for 1 hour. Enjoy!
