Who doesn't like traditional chocolate chip cookies? I personally don't know a single person. But if you are not eating gluten, or have some allergies, this recipe is made for you. These are the best gluten-free chocolate chip cookies. The full recipe is also vegan.

- 1 cup gluten-free oat flour
- 1/2 cup rice flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/3 tsp baking soda
- A pinch of salt
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 3/4 cup melted vegan butter
- 1 tbsp apple sauce
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
In a large bowl combine dry ingredients, which are flours, baking powder, baking soda, brown sugar, and salt.
Then add in melted vegan butter, apple sauce, vanilla, and lastly chocolate chips.
Combine everything well and create a thick dough.
Make small balls and flatten them up with your hand to create cookie shapes.
Bake them at 150°C (300F) for 10-12 minutes. Enjoy!
