Method
- In a large bowl combine dry ingredients, which are flours, baking powder, baking soda, brown sugar, and salt.
- Then add in melted vegan butter, apple sauce, vanilla, and lastly chocolate chips.
- Combine everything well and create a thick dough.
- Make small balls and flatten them up with your hand to create cookie shapes.
- Bake them at 150°C (300F) for 10-12 minutes. Enjoy!
