The best gluten-free chocolate chip cookies - vegan

Who doesn't like traditional chocolate chip cookies? I personally don't know a single person. But if you are not eating gluten, or have some allergies, this recipe is made for you. These are the best gluten-free chocolate chip cookies. The full recipe is also vegan.

Ingredients  

  • 1 cup gluten-free oat flour
  • 1/2 cup rice flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/3 tsp baking soda
  • A pinch of salt
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 3/4 cup melted vegan butter
  • 1 tbsp apple sauce
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips

Instructions 

  • In a large bowl combine dry ingredients, which are flours, baking powder, baking soda, brown sugar, and salt.
  • Then add in melted vegan butter, apple sauce, vanilla, and lastly chocolate chips.
  • Combine everything well and create a thick dough.
  • Make small balls and flatten them up with your hand to create cookie shapes.
  • Bake them at 150°C (300F) for 10-12 minutes. Enjoy!
