TOASTED COCONUT MUESLI

If you like coconut, you will fall in love with this toasted coconut muesli recipe. It is so flavourful with a strong hint of coconut flavor. Just by eating this muesli, you will feel like on a tropical Island.

Ingredients  

  • 2 cups gluten-free oats
  • 1 cup puffed millet
  • 1/2 cup shredded coconut
  • 1/3 cup raw buckwheat
  • 1/3 cup sunflower seeds
  • 1/3 cup sunflower seeds
  • 4 tbsp maple syrup

Instructions 

  • In a large bowl combine all the ingredients.
  • Preheat your pan and cook muesli for 5-10 mins or until golden.
  • Store in a mason jar until up a few weeks. Enjoy!
