- 1 cup frozen banana chunks
- 1 cup frozen cantaloupe melon
- 1/2 cup spinach
Put all of the ingredients into a high-speed blender or a food processor and blend until smooth and creamy. If your blender is not strong enough, just add a splash of water and blend until your desired consistency.
Pour into bowls and top with fresh fruit, granola, or nut butter. Enjoy!
