This tropical green smoothie bowl is just so delicious. It is perfectly sweet, fresh and so good. It is like eating ice cream, but healthier.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup frozen banana chunks
  • 1 cup frozen cantaloupe melon
  • 1/2 cup spinach

Method
 

  1. Put all of the ingredients into a high-speed blender or a food processor and blend until smooth and creamy. If your blender is not strong enough, just add a splash of water and blend until your desired consistency.
  2. Pour into bowls and top with fresh fruit, granola, or nut butter. Enjoy!
