This tropical green smoothie bowl is just so delicious. It is perfectly sweet, fresh and so good. It is like eating ice cream, but healthier.

Smoothies can be prepared for a simple breakfast, dessert, or even ice cream. To me, smoothie bowls need to be thick and creamy. That's why I prefer frozen fruit to make it super thick.
You can easily make smoothies from any fruit or even veggies that you have at home. But my absolute favorite fruits are bananas, berries, mango, peaches, and much more. I use bananas as a base and then I usually add some other fruits or veggies.
In this recipe, I combined banana flavor and cantaloupe melon, and spinach. Sounds may be weird, but trust me, this smoothie bowl is so good! It is perfectly sweet, so refreshing and it feels like eating ice cream on a tropical island. So delicious.

For this simple tropical smoothie bowl, you will need:
- frozen banana chunks
- frozen cantaloupe melon
- spinach

Ingredients
- 1 cup frozen banana chunks
- 1 cup frozen cantaloupe melon
