- First, you will need to turn oats into flour by blending them in a blender.
- Next, add in soy milk, vinegar, dates, and baking powder and blend until creamy.
- Lastly, add in mashed banana and stir until combined.
- Pour the batter into a square baking pan and top with chocolate chips. Bake at 170°C (350F) for about 30 minutes. Enjoy warm or cold.
