Vegan baked oatmeal with chocolate chips

- 2 cups oats
- 1 1/2 cup soy milk
- 1 tsp vinegar
- 1/2 cup dates
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1 mashed banana
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
First, you will need to turn oats into flour by blending them in a blender.
Next, add in soy milk, vinegar, dates, and baking powder and blend until creamy.
Lastly, add in mashed banana and stir until combined.
Pour the batter into a square baking pan and top with chocolate chips. Bake at 170°C (350F) for about 30 minutes. Enjoy warm or cold.
