Chocolate porridge
- 2 tbsp rice flour
- 1 1/3 cup plant milk
- 2 tbsp chia seeds
- 2 tsp cacao powder
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
Toppings
- 1/2 cup chopped strawberries
- 1 banana
- 2 tbsp vanilla soy yogurt
- Chocolate pieces
To make this porridge you will need to put everything into a pot and bring it to a boil while stirring constantly, so there are no lumps.
Porridge is done when it thickens. If you like thicker porridge, feel free to cook it for longer, however, if you like more liquid in your porridge, add more plant milk.
Serve with chopped fruits and chocolate pieces that will melt and create such an extra chocolate flavor. Enjoy warm.
