In a large bowl combine dry ingredients, which are oat flour, baking powder, cacao powder, and salt.
Next, add maple syrup, water, vanilla, and mashed banana. Combine until you create a smooth batter. If it's too dry, simply add a few tablespoons of water. You should have a smooth and creamy batter consistency.
Lastly, pour the batter into a baking pan and cook for 180°C (400F) for about 30 minutes.
When the brownies are completely baked, remove them from the oven and drizzle melted dark chocolate on top. Enjoy!
