First, you will need to blend tofu with soy milk in a high-speed blender into a creamy consistency.
Next, add oil into a pan along with garlic powder and vegetable broth seasoning and fry until fragrant. Then add in tofu mixture and bring it to a boil. Lastly, add lemon juice and black pepper.
The last step is to fry mushrooms into crispy. Add 1 tbsp of oil into a pan and cook mushrooms until there is no more liquid. Next add 1/2 tsp veggie broth powder, 1/2 tsp garlic powder, and cook until crispy and golden from both sides.
