For this step, you will need to put tofu into a blender along with some soy milk. Blend until smooth and creamy. This should take a few seconds.
Next, put some oil into a pan along with garlic powder and vegetable broth powder and cook until fragrant. Then add tofu mixture and bring it to a boil.
When it's boiling add in lemon juice and black pepper.

Vegan creamy mushroom pasta sauce
Ingredients
- 2 tbsp oil
- 2 tsp veggie broth powder
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 360 g firm tofu
- 2 1/2 cups soy milk
- Juice of half of lemon
- 2 cups chopped mushrooms
