Method
- Brew espresso and add the gingerbread spice mix. Set aside.
- In a small saucepan add soy milk, agave, and bring it to a boil while whisking. The milk should be fluffy and foamy.
- Prepare cups and pour the coffee, then vanilla foam on top. To make it even better serve with whipped cream and sprinkle with gingerbread spices mix. Enjoy warm.
Notes
*You can easily make your own gingerbread spice mix at home by combining:
- 3 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp ground cloves
- 1 tsp ground ginger
- 1/2 tsp ground nutmeg
- 1 tsp allspice - OPTIONAL
