These gluten-free chocolate peanut butter cookies are just perfection. These flourless cookies are buttery, smooth, chocolatey, and perfectly sweet. Peanut butter goes so well with chocolate.

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 1/3 cup vegan butter
  • 1/3 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup buckwheat flour + 2 tbsp
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • A pinch of salt
  • 2 tbsp soy milk
  • 1/3 cup chocolate chips

Method
 

  1. In a larger bowl whisk peanut butter, vegan butter into a creamy consistency. Add sugar and combine.
  2. Next, add buckwheat flour, baking powder, salt, and soy milk.
  3. Line the baking pan with parchment paper and create small balls in your hands. Flatten the balls with sprinkle some chocolate chips on top.
  4. Bake at 350F (180°C) for about 10 -12 minutes or until golden. Enjoy!
